All members of the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan receive 5 personal training sessions per calendar year at no cost. You can choose to work out one-on-one or with a small group of friends. There are a variety of trainers with varying specialties and locations to choose from.

How much do personal training sessions cost?
Every member of the health plan receives 5 free sessions each year. The sessions do not roll over and are non-transferrable. Make sure to use all 5 sessions before December 31st of the current year. For PT sessions beyond the 5 free, members can negotiate the fee directly with the trainer and submit costs for wellbeing reimbursement (up to $250 per year).
Where are the personal training sessions located?
Locations may vary depending on the client’s needs and requests. Location is decided by the trainer and client.
Is there an age limit?
You must be 19 years of age or older to receive one-on-one personal training sessions. If the member is under 19 years of age the session must be done together with a parent or guardian who is also on the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan.
