
Personal training offers expert guidance tailored to your unique fitness goals, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall health. Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from injury, or aiming to take your performance to the next level, a personal trainer designs customized workouts, provides motivation, and ensures proper technique to maximize results safely and effectively.
Participants may choose to engage in individual sessions or small-group training with other health plan members. A range of qualified trainers, specializing in various disciplines, is available to serve our worksite locations or a location of your choosing to best accommodate your fitness goals and preferences.
Benefit Summary:
Adult members (18 and older) of the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan are eligible to receive five personal training sessions annually at no cost. The sessions do not roll over and are non-transferrable. Make sure to use all 5 sessions before December 31st of the current year.

What if I want more sessions after I use my 5 free?
For PT sessions beyond the 5 free, members can negotiate the fee directly with the trainer.
Where are the personal training sessions located?
Locations may vary depending on the client’s needs and requests. Location is decided by the trainer and client.
Is there an age limit?
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive one-on-one personal training sessions.
