Personal Training

Personal training offers expert guidance tailored to your unique fitness goals, helping you build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall health. Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from injury, or aiming to take your performance to the next level, a personal trainer designs customized workouts, provides motivation, and ensures proper technique to maximize results safely and effectively. 
 
Participants may choose to engage in individual sessions or small-group training with other health plan members.   A range of qualified trainers, specializing in various disciplines, is available to serve our worksite locations or a location of your choosing to best accommodate your fitness goals and preferences.
Eligibility:  YourChoice Medical Plan Members
 
Benefit Summary:
Adult members (18 and older) of the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan are eligible to receive five personal training sessions annually at no cost. The sessions do not roll over and are non-transferrable. Make sure to use all 5 sessions before December 31st of the current year. 
 
Ways to use your sessions:
  • Start a new workout regimen
  • Begin or change your existing program
  • Get input to maximize your results
  • Post therapy rehabilitation & development
  • Exercise/weight loss coaching
  • Customized workout plans for home
What if I want more sessions after I use my 5 free?

For PT sessions beyond the 5 free, members can negotiate the fee directly with the trainer.

Where are the personal training sessions located?

Locations may vary depending on the client’s needs and requests. Location is decided by the trainer and client.

Is there an age limit?

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive one-on-one personal training sessions.

Allison Blaustein offers therapeutic Yoga at Manatee YourChoice through personalized one-on-one sessions. Each private session is tailored to address the specific needs of the individual by utilizing the most effective Yogic tools. In general, sessions are designed to increase the client’s ability to create and sustain a higher level of the relaxation response and cultivate mindfulness, supporting overall well-being.

Yoga Personal Trainer

Jenny is a certified yoga instructor with 300 hours of training from Aura Wellness Center and 200 additional hours from Yoga Bradenton as well as being an E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance. Yoga began as just a physical practice to relieve pain for Jenny so she could continue to run and take part in high intensity, high impact workouts. However, after practicing for only a few months she began to notice the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga as well and began to incorporate a more well-rounded practice.
