2026 is just around the corner, and we are excited to share updates that will strengthen and expand our wellness offerings. While the Downtown Wellness Center and the gyms supported by Employee Health Benefits will be closing permanently, these changes allow us to focus on new, enhanced programs that better support your health and wellness journey.

• Eligibility:
  • Manatee YourChoice Health Plan Members
  • Children ages 12 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children 16+ may use the facility on their own
• Membership includes:
  • Access to 500+ Crunch locations nationwide
  • Group fitness classes
  • Guest privileges - bring a workout buddy
  • And more...
• Additional Options:
  • Child care is available at select locations for an additional fee that is not covered (check with your local Crunch for participating sites).
• BEGIN YOUR MEMBERSHIP PROCESS:
  • CLICK HERE to request membership.
  • The information you provide will be sent to Crunch for eligibility verification. A representative from Crunch will contact you to complete the membership process.
  • Current Crunch members need to give a 30 day notice not later than December 1, 2025 in order to receive the YourChoice Crunch membership effective January 1, 2026. Failure to provide 30 day notice to Crunch will result in continuation of membership dues.

The Downtown Wellness Center will remain open through December 31, 2025 for current members, ensuring you have time to transition smoothly.

Please Note:

• Group Fitness Classes ended on September 30, 2025.
• New registrations are currently being accepted only for Personal Training or LAMP sessions.

What to Expect Moving Forward:

• The Downtown Wellness Center remains open through December 31, 2025 for current members.
• LAMP will remain open through Friday, November 21, 2025.
• LAMP will be closed Monday, November 24, 2025, and will reopen at its new location on Monday, December 1, 2025.

New LAMP Location:

• FREE Recreation Membership for Manatee YourChoice Health Plan Members at G.T. Bray and John H. Marble Recreation Centers. This is available to members ages 16+, or ages 12 - 15 when accompanied by an adult. 
  • Please Note: This benefit is available only with a basic Recreation Membership. This membership does not include group fitness classes.  The health plan does not cover or contribute toward the cost of any premium membership options. If you select a premium membership, you will be responsible for paying the entire cost.
