The Manatee YourChoice Health Plan offers insurance, wellness and other health-related benefits to employees and retirees of the Manatee County Government Board of County Commissioners and participating Constitutional Agencies.

This will take you to the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan's Benefit Express portal. Use your employee ID number as your username. If you don't remember your unique Benefit Express password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Life & AD&D
Manatee County pays for core (basic) term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Additional term life coverage is available through employee-paid premiums.
Leave of Absence
Manatee County pays for core (basic) long term disability coverage. Additional long term disability and short term disability coverages are available through employee-paid premiums.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can elect to participate in Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for health care and/or dependent care expenses.
VOYA/457b
Manatee County Government employees can set aside pre-tax or post-tax dollars towards their retirement to supplement their Florida Retirement System (FRS) benefits by voluntarily participating in the Voya 457(b) plan.
