Anna is a small town girl from Michigan out to make big changes.  

She is an ACSM Personal Trainer and the Ms. Health & Fitness 2017 International Winner. Now a mommy of two beautiful children, she is re-learning to juggle work, exercise, eat healthy, and wear all the hats!
