Members of the health plan receive 5 free counseling sessions either with a LAMP Advocate or an in network community provider (including Teladoc).
Please note, 5 free sessions with a LAMP Advocate are also available to employees who are not health plan members. The Two Health Plan Levels (Ultimate and Best) have the same behavioral health benefits with identical cost sharing. The behavioral health benefit is 42 combined therapeutic and psychiatric behavioral health services per calendar year. The plan benefit pays according to the place of service: LAMP Office, In-Network Provider (Aetna Choice POS II Open Access) or Non-Network Provider. Residential and Rehabilitation services for behavioral health and substance abuse are not a covered benefit.LAMP Office Services:

Counseling - Member is responsible for $15 co-pay per in-house office visit AFTER the 5th office visit.
Psychiatric Services - Members on the YourChoice Health Plan are eligible for a free psychiatric evaluation. Members are responsible for a $15 co-pay per session after the evaluation. Telehealth via phone or zoom only.

- Psychiatric Services - Member is responsible for $30 co-pay per office visit after the 1st visit.

Out of Network Benefits for Therapy and Psychiatric services.
- Member will be responsible for a $300 deducltable per calendar year and a 40% coinsurance per visit after you meet your deductable. Please reach out to LAMP for any additional information. For claims questions, please reach out to Aetna.
- The 5 free sessions do not apply to out of network providers.
Precertification is NOT required for outpatient therapy or psychiatry.
