Marcia Polese serves as the Retirement Benefits Specialist for the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan, where she helps employees understand and coordinate their health benefits during retirement, supports a smooth transition, and provides ongoing assistance to retirees.

Marcia joined the Health Plan team in May 2018, originally working at the Wellness Center before transitioning into her current role. Her background in wellness and employee support gives her a well-rounded perspective when guiding members through retirement processes.

Born into a military family, Marcia has lived in various states across the country but spent most of her life in California. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends.
