“Wellbeing at Work” taps both high level support as well as mid-level support as positive voices to drive success. Worksites will be the voice of the program to their people; Champions have the flexibility to handpick activities on the scorecard, which they feel best matches their worksite culture, driving better results. Worksites have the opportunity to achieve varying levels of recognition: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

“Wellbeing at Work” designation levels are based on each worksite’s level of engagement in the program. Program options fall into one of 5 categories of the Wellbeing Wheel: Career, Financial, Physical, Social, Emotional. This approach aligns with the Total Wellbeing Philosophy embraced by the Employee Health Benefits Department. Resources related to each of these areas can be found in the left-side navigation.
