Brittany Campana joined the Employee Health Benefits team in April 2025, bringing over 11 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career in Orthodontics as a Clinical Assistant before advancing into the role of Financial and Insurance Coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation in benefits, insurance processes, and client service.

Now specializing in FRS retirement guidance and leave management, including FMLA, Brittany supports employees through key milestones and transitions with care, clarity, and professionalism.

A lifelong resident of Manatee County, Brittany enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children.
