ComPsych is an employee benefit, not a Health Plan Benefit. This means ALL EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS are eligible to utilize ComPsych, regardless of health-insurance-plan status!

Every individual is eligible for short term counseling which includes 5 sessions per issue per year. That means employees and their families have almost unlimited support throughout the year with this program. If further support is wanted, the ComPsych team will help you find a counselor to continue sessions with. Some of these options include using our in-house LAMP services. 

If you are not on the Manatee YourChoice medical plan, you can use our in-house LAMP counselors at no charge for 5 sessions. If you are on the Manatee YourChoice medical plan, you can receive 5 free sessions with our in-house LAMP provider or an in-network (Aetna) provider within the community. If using an Aetna provider, please note that standard copays apply for any sessions beyond the initial 5 free sessions.

This includes budgeting, taxes, credit, real estate, debt, and retirement.
 
ComPsych Legal Services: 
This includes family law, wills, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate and ID theft.
 
ComPsych Work/Life Balance Services: 
ComPsych can help you find a real estate agent, temporary housing while relocating, child or elder care, and more.
 
ComPsych CareScout Quality Care Network: 
A unique benefit that connects you with vetted, high-quality aging and home care providers. This service helps families navigate senior care and access preferred pricing (up to 15% off) on daily support services. CareScout features a network of vetted providers who have passed rigorous quality standards and focus on person-centered care, and personalized assistance in understanding care options and finding the best local match for their unique needs. ComPsych Online Resources:
