Bylle Jo was a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania and relocated to Florida with her husband, Heath, in December 2022.  Prior to relocating, she was the Senior Director of Human Resources for Upper Allegheny Health System in Olean, NY. 

Bylle Jo has 19 years of Human Resources experience spending the majority of her career managing Employee Benefits.  She has a passion for educating and helping employees understand the rich benefits offered.  Bylle Jo graduated with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from Western Governor's University.  Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
