Not sure where to start when it comes to nutrition and exercise?  This 4 week course includes nutrition lessons and you will be provided with culinary videos that will take the guess work out of meal planning.  Marcus will also provide you with a personalized fitness session to guide you and help you achieve your fitness goals.  If you want to feel your best, the combination of nutrition and fitness will be key to your success.   

Each participant will gain access to:

  • A dynamic meal plan with detailed culinary videos.
  • Each week will also provide video clips of lessons, Q&A, and knowledge checks
  • A minimum of 1 personalized nutritional consultation (this comes out of your 5 free sessions given per calendar year)
  • A minimum of 1 personalized fitness session (this comes out of your 5 free sessions given per calendar year)

The program will be executed via the platform “Healthie” so that participants and practitioners can communicate through a HIPPA compliant system. Each participant will be instructed to book at least one personal training session and one nutrition session within the four weeks.

Classes Start Monday, March 20th

Weekly nutrition lessons will occur each Monday from 12:00pm-1:00pm via Zoom

Week 3: Eating for a Healthier Gut

Week 4: Intermittent Fasting 101

Eligibility:  Adults 19+ on the YourChoice Health Plan
