Kay is a registered dietitian/nutritionist. Registered dietitians are the medical community’s ‘go-to’ subject matter experts on nutrition and dietary topics.
Kay’s background includes working as a clinical dietitian optimizing nutrition to aid in healing the sick during a hospitalization, as well as educating others in nutritional therapies to minimize specific disease progression. Kay helps others understand how to eat in order to feel good, boost energy, and be comfortable in their clothes without restriction or obsessing. When Kay is not working with members, she enjoys cooking and eating healthy delicious foods, strength training & Pilates, and spending time with her husband and two spaniel dogs. Kay’s motto is to remember that it is never too early or too late. Right now is a good time. Life is now.
