LAMP Advocates provide the emotional and behavioral support needed to make lifestyle changes.
 
LAMP strives to help members improve overall wellbeing at home and in the workplace. LAMP is a voluntary, confidential, and solution-focused counseling service. 
 
Services offered:
  • LAMP 
    • LAMP In-House Advocate Therapy Services
      • First 5 sessions are free of co-pays
        • Eligible to Your Choice Health Plan members and Employees who are not on the Health Plan (EAP)
      • After your first 5 free sessions, the member is responsible for $15 co-pay per visit
        • Eligible to Your Choice Health Plan members 
    • LAMP In-House NP Psychiatrist
      • First visit is free of co-pay
      • After your first visit, the member is responsible for $15 co-pay per visit
        • Eligible to YourChoice Health Plan members

 

  • In-Network Therapy Services (Aetna Choice POS II Open Access)
    • First 5 sessions are free of co-pays
    • After your first 5 free sessions, the member is responsible for $30 co-pay per visit
      • Eligible to YourChoice Health Plan Members

       How To Search For In-Network Community Providers             

 

  • Out of Network for Therapy and Psychiatric services 
    • Member will be responsible for a $300 deducltable per calendar year and a 40% coinsurance per visit after you meet your deductable. Please reach out to LAMP for any additional information.  For claims questions, please reach out to Aetna
    • The 5 free sessions do not apply to out of network providers
      • Eligible to YourChoice Health Plan Members
Please Note:
  • Precertification is NOT required for outpatient therapy or psychiatry.
  • The behavioral health benefit is 42 combine therapeutic and psychiatric behavioral health services per calendar year.
  • Residential and Rehabilitation services for behavioral health and substance abuse are not a covered benefit.

Meet Your LAMP Advocates

Claribel Gill, MS

LAMP Counselor/Psychiatric Clinic Coordinator/Care Coordinator

Claribel became a clinical counselor in 2014 in Wisconsin and completed her 3,000 clinical hours in different types of settings. She worked in family practice with clients who were having Mental Health problems due to medical conditions, in low-income housing with clients who were dual-diagnosed, and as an in-home counselor, providing services to families struggling with mental health and behavioral issues in the home.  

Claribel provides individual, family, and marital counseling as well as child therapy to the employees and family members of Manatee County Government (ages 7+).

Emmanuel Gomez, LMHC

LAMP Counselor

Emmanuel (Manny) graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy in 2020. He gained experience as a therapist in a residential addiction site as well as outpatient settings. With these settings in mind, he has been able to work with a broad swath of diverse demographics while using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (CFBT) as modalities within the treatment process.  

Manny provides individual, family, and marital counseling as well as child therapy to the employees and family members of Manatee County Government (ages 7+).

Behavioral Health assitance after hours or weekends

LAMP is not a 24/7 crisis program. If you would like to speak with someone after 5pm:

  • Centerstone has a walk in center that is open until 7:00pm M-F, located at 371 6th Ave West, Bradenton.   
  • Teledoc offers therapy sessions 7 days a week, including evening hours. Visit teladoc.com/aetna to set up your account and make an appointment.   
  • If you are having a psychiatric emergency, please call either Suncoast Behavioral Health Care, Centerstone Hospital & Addiction Center, or Bayside Center for Behavioral Health.
  • If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
